Girls 14s & Younger Tryouts

2026-2027 Girls 14s-9s Tryouts are October 9th-11th!

Empire Volleyball Club is excited to welcome athletes 14 and under to our 2027 tryouts and prep clinics. Join us to prepare, compete, and take the next step in your volleyball journey.

Team flyers including tentative tournament schedules, practice schedules, club dues, etc. will be available at Pre-Tryout Evaluations and Tryouts. Administrators will be onsite and available for questions during the last 30 minutes of EACH eval date.

Pre-Tryout Clinic Schedule: 8/24 - 10/1
12 and under: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30pm - 6:00pm
13s: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm
14s: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Please make sure to you sign up and register for the correct age group.

Typically, an athlete’s club age group corresponds closely with their grade in school—for example, U11 generally aligns with 5th grade, U12 with 6th grade, U13 with 7thgrade, and so on.

However, age eligibility is ultimately determined by the applicable volleyball age- group rules, not simply by grade level. Players who are too old for the age group associated with their grade must play up into the appropriate age group. Conversely, players who are younger than the typical age for their grade may generally stay with their school-grade peer group.

Our goal is to place every athlete in the appropriate age group while keeping them with their peers whenever the applicable age rules allow it.
