Led by Empire's experienced coaching staff, athletes receive technical instruction, individualized feedback, and plenty of repetitions to build confidence and improve their understanding of the game.

Designed for girls entering 6th grade and below, this program welcomes athletes of all skill levels—from beginners learning the sport to players looking to continue their development. Mighty Mites

Empire's Mighty Mites program introduces our youngest athletes to volleyball in a fun, active, and encouraging environment. Using age-appropriate equipment, softer volleyballs, and engaging activities, athletes develop coordination, movement skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Players are introduced to passing, setting, hitting, and serving through fast-paced drills, partner activities, and small-group games designed specifically for younger athletes. Our coaches create a positive learning experience that promotes teamwork, communication, and athletic development.

Because the program builds progressively from week to week, consistent attendance is encouraged to maximize growth and confidence throughout the session.
